The purple groups distributed flyers with a QR code. Anyone interested can use this code to call up further information and find out how they can help animals in everyday life. Scanning the QR code takes you to an interactive pinboard designed by the second and third graders themselves. Here, the children wrote down how to make bird feeders, build a hedgehog house or help birds build nests. The aim of the campaign was to raise awareness of the issue of animal welfare and motivate people to get involved.
The pupils in the orange group also handed out small bags of flower seeds. These can be sown in the garden, on the balcony or in open spaces. The flowers will later serve as an important source of food for bees and other insects.
With their campaign, the project groups wanted to show that even small measures can make a difference. Many passers-by reacted positively to the initiative and gladly accepted the flyers and seeds. The project shows how committed pupils can actively contribute to the protection of nature and animals. 🌱🐝
