Over the past few weeks, the group has created numerous self-designed cards with so-called "deeds of happiness" on them. These short tasks are intended to encourage people to do something good for themselves or to give a small gift to another person, animal or nature.
This Monday, the group made their way to Gronau city center with the cards they had made. There, the pupils handed out the cards to passers-by. Many received them with a smile, some struck up a brief conversation or were pleasantly surprised.
For the group, the activity was a practical experience of how easy it can be to pass on kindness. And perhaps the cards will now even travel further - combined with new small gestures that make the day a little brighter for others. Who knows who else the people have passed this happiness on to.
