Bee showcase

After all, bees are important because they pollinate plants and thus ensure that fruit, vegetables and seeds are produced. Without them, a large part of our food would be missing and many plants would not be able to reproduce.

Many MeinDay groups had already dealt with the topic of bees and recognized their important role in the world. This resulted in great insect hotels, flowering meadows, seed bags for bee-friendly flowers, etc. With the bee showcase, Mr. Feldhaus wants to give the children the opportunity to understand why bees need to be protected and supported.

The bee showcase will probably be on our premises until the fall break. It is located in a cordoned-off area in the school playground.

The children are now allowed to visit the bee showcase accompanied by an adult according to agreed rules.
